It may get a valuable result because we actually have the data and log files in one drive after the upgarde from sql 2005 to sql 2012 from 2 weeks and this problem raised from this time. so will do it immediately and feed you back.
Regarding the the main reason behind the continuous problems in quantities, it because of the huge number of transactions especially in sales order processing in around 10 branches with often low connectivity. and the evidence that we have 2 other databases working for the 4th year (not the 2nd like this) and we are not stuck with all of these problems so we are doing the reconcile utility on a weekly basis in one and monthly in the other.
