Firstly, the Support Debugging Tool offers many features that would make it worth leaving installed.
If the SDT is causing a window to pop up, the triggers that are making that happen can be disabled or deleted easily.
To edit triggers use the Setup Automatic Debugger Mode option (Advanced Mode must be enabled from Dex.ini settings window).
To remove the tool, it had its own uninstall feature from the About Support Debugging Tool window.
At this stage it looks like you have corrupted your Dynamics.set file. Do you have a backup of it before you made changes? It must still have references to the Support Debugging Tool dictionaries.
