Wondering if someone knows the answers to the following:
- PO Approvals using the standard GP workflow with Business Portal – can a user authorise a PO from their mobile device i.e. does the web portal display correctly?
- If so, and a user clicks the link in the e-mail on their mobile device, will it go just to that PO or a list that they can choose to “approve all” showing all other ones available?
- And, does it require the user to log in or can this be automated, again, from a mobile device?
Any help or experience with this would be appreciated. I am working with a new client and we are trying to assess whether the standard workflow will meet needs.
