Forum Post: GP keeps crashing for 1 user on a certain window

I have a user that keeps crashing when they go to a specific list under the sales module. this is the error details that appears

Additional information about the problem:

it works fine for all other users but crashes for this user, i've tested this user on several different machines with no luck as well as even creating a new user which just caused more problems. now with the new username it crashes on every other window except the one i want to get in. Does anyone have any idea's i can try to resolve this?
