Thanks for the heads up on GetProjectBudgetList -  msdn.microsoft.com/.../cc508657.aspx

This WILL and does return the CostCategoryKey, however it doesn't return any other information about the Cost Category.  I'm not seeing anything else about getting the details of a Cost Category by Key.  I'm thinking about extending WCF end point to provide this information.  

Do you have any suggests about how best to get this data?
