We just did an upgrade to GP 2013 and we are struggling with the same issue. I have determined that it is not the monitor as I originally thought. I put an old 19" monitor on the Win7 workstation and when you change the display (to 125 or 150%), the settings for data entry windows won't follow in GP 2013. It just so happens i still have the GP 2010 client on there so I could test. The OS display settings do follow through to the data entry windows for 2010. The only thing I haven't tested thus far is to try a WinXP machine with both the 2010 and 2013 client., but I doubt it's a Win7 issue.
