If you go to this page, you can download the Rapid tools for Dynamics GP 2013:

There appears to be a RapidStartServices_GP2013.exe file for Dynamics GP 2013 which includes the Rapid Configuration and RapidStart Migration tool to use to migrate from QuickBooks and Peachtree.
