GP 2010 client using RMA processes. Has an RMA which, when brought up to the Enter/Modify window, displays header information but shows no line items in the line-item area on the RMA.
User says this happens 'occasionally' and asked me to look into it.
How can an RMA 'lose' their lines?
I'd appreciate any suggestions from the group about how to explore this situation.
If anyone has a SQL script that would look at header/detail items with RMA's a copy of that would be great.
If it was RM or PM I'd run Checklinks but that's not available with RMA's. :-)
