Please re try with the following steps:
1. Make sure you are logging into the Server as a domain user with local admin permissions.
2. The Windows User you are logging in as will need to have permissions to create databases and assign security, or you will need to use the SA credentials for both connecting to GP and for connecting to the data mart.
3. Do not use Network Service to run your services. There can be permission issues here and you may need to manually grant some permissions. Instead create a dedicated service account to run Management Reporter.
- Be sure to disable password expiration and to set a "display name" in Active Directory. If you have already done this then remove the services and reconfigure using the existing database.
4. You should try installing Management Reporter in two steps. First deploy an application service and process service, once this is done, then deploy the Dynamics GP Data Mart. It looks like you have done this here.
5. Make sure the user performing the installation was configured as the first Management Reporter administrator during the installation. Otherwise you may get company related permission errors.
