Hi Rich -
If you launch Report Designer as a user that is an Administrator in MR, you should be able to do the following:
Click cancel on the select company window that pops up upon login to MR2012
Click Tools >> Registration and enter the Registration Keys
If you launch Report Designer as an Administrator user that has already chosen a default company, this will not work as it will try to access the default company and kick you out. If you do not have any Administrator users without a default company selected, you might have to open a support case with MS. They should be able to take your MR database and apply the registration keys directly to it.
