Forum Post: Management Reporter error Violation of PRIMARY KEY

Here is an error received in the MR Service log when running a report; has anyone seen this?  Any resolution/ideas?

System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Dynamics.Performance.Reporting.Common.Service.ServiceFault]: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_ReportBalanceFilter'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ReportBalanceFilter'. The duplicate key value is (1017, 0). The statement has been terminated. (Fault Detail is equal to Microsoft.Dynamics.Performance.Reporting.Common.Service.ServiceFault).
