The SP ran GP 10 just fine with antivirus running. After installing GP 2013, it would take 10 minutes to start GP. I opened a ticket and created a dex log for support. I removed the antivirus and it was a little better but still takes 3.5 minutes to start then I get the Windows blue spinning circle on every click or tab.
Anyone running GP 2013 on a Surface Pro?
