The Results

PCNet has boosted efficiency by using ConnectWise for time, service, and agreement management, information that is fed back into Dynamics GP where the company can complete billing, collections, and reporting. They can essentially complete all of this with the click of a button.
By using SalesPad for order processing, PCNet has improved sales quoting time by over 50 percent because of easier inventory management and item creation. The company also uses SalesPad for document management. The sales teams can sift through data using the search tools to find specific sales information, create custom reports, and glean various data points from user-defined fields.
