Look in your IM program folder for the file Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.IntegrationManager.ini
change this line from
UseOptimizedFiltering=True
to
UseOptimizedFiltering=False
See if this makes a difference. Make sure you exit IM and come back in so the change takes effect.
