I am getting a pop up when I am trying to run MC^2 Agent that says we do not have an email on this server do you want to continue. Until we click the continue button then the reconcile will not. These are the steps that I went though and this did not resolve our problem. Any other ideas on why this occurring and how to resolve the problem.
This is a Dynamics GP or Windows error, really a GP Agent error. You can try a few things:
1. On the Tools/Setup/mc² GP Agent/mc² GP Agent Setup window, unmark Load Outlook on DPS and Load Outlook on Client, but do this only if you do not want to do any emailing from the DPS.
2. Verify that you do not have any email recipients for the task.
3. Verify that the destination assigned to the task is a file.
4. Do not use any 3rd party PDF printer drivers.
5. See if you get that message in GP alone on the DPS machine and verify the email settings in GP (System and Email Preferences).
