Rafael you are correct,

Some fields are in the eConnect schema mentioned the default valuse as "Default from Setup". If we pass the values, it will take that input value. If not, it will take the GP setup value. These are happen for the eConnect schema values with "user input comment" described in the description field of eConnect help file.

But, these 2 fields(sales person id and sales territory id ) has no comment in the description field. I have tried these with different methods. Everytime the values of these 2 fields will taken from the GP setup. So, this could be the standard functionality for eConnect.

But, I wondering about why are those fields included in eConnect schema? What's the purpose of those 2 class fields?
