I agree with Mahmoud that Analytical Accounting (AA) is your best bet. The other option available is a module called Multi-dimensional Analysis (MDA). It's a scaled down version of Analytical Accounting. It's easier to use and easier to set up. There is no migration between the two, so if you started on MDA and later wanted to go to AA, you would need to redeploy.
