Did you try right-clicking and running as an administrator?

How are you deploying reports - native or SharePoint Integrated?

I'd recommend finding the log for reporting services and seeing if it provides any helpful information.  This is an example of a log file path:  C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10_50.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles.
