Richard Whaley's books are really good. If you are looking for a "how-to" you should check those out. Another good source of training is the help file in GP. Just click the blue question mark on any window and it will give you an explanation of what each field/button in each window does.
I'd also recommend Microsoft's learning materials. Your IT department or VAR should be able to give you access to CustomerSource.
