A customer has installed Office 365 subscription version of Office 2013 32 bit on a Win 7 x64 computer with GP 2010. When exporting from smartlist the user gets 'Unable to Start Excel' message and of course no data is sent to Excel. Another user has the same setup but can export. I have seen posts in which people have said that any Click-to-Run version of Office (not installed using msi which is the case for this customer) would not work. It does work for one user at the customer's site but not another as mentioned. Does anyone have any experience with this issues and resolving the problem?
