I have a client that is receiving the following error when trying to print out a W-2 again.
A get/change operation on table UPR_year_end_work_special failed. A record was already locked.
We have already cleared out the activity tables and checked the information in the table. We are trying not to rebuild the year end wage because the taxes has changed.
What do we need to do to unlock the record?
