One of my clients has consolidated financial statements setup. When they run the report from company 1, the consolidated report mirrors the data from company 1 only. The data for company 2 returns all zeros.
When they change companies in MR (by secting default company), they can't see the consolidated financial statements that had already been created so:
They copied the rows from company 1 to compay 2, associated PERIODIC and YTD columns, then ran the report.
When they run the consolidated financial statement from company 2, it mirrored the results for company 2 only but returns zeros for company 1.
Depending on which company (1 or 2) the user is logged into in MR, the financial statement is only producing data from that company and is not reading/seeing the other company.
Do you have any ideas on what needs to be done so MR can read all companies/databases and allow the client to take advantage of the company tree they have built?
