Forum Post: Connection was refused by server

Hi All,

I am getting the "Connection was refused by server" message when clicking the Validate Connection button in the dexterity option window.Now, I am upgrading the dexterity customization to higher GP version. For this I am using the Visual source safe and DSCCS. Based on the KB 910527, I am doing the up-gradation  process. In the fourth step,  "Connection was refused by server" message is occurring when clicking the  "Validate Connection" button in the dexterity option window.
