With the new GP 2013 licensing model, we are being told that the customization pack, which includes integration manager, econnect and web services, is no longer included with our reseller license. Is there anyone at Microsoft we can talk to about this policy and to get it changed? We are constantly creating integrations for our clients and as of right now, will need to pay $6,000 to get access to products we have used for decades at no additional cost. We also no longer get the Extended HR/Payroll and Smartlist Build Packs.
