Forum Post: User Cannot Access SLB Smartlist

It's been a while since I've worked with SmartList Builder andI need some guidance on this issue.  The client is using a SQL view from a non-GP company database (it's from portal that pulls data from GP).  The DYNGRP has select permissions on the view and other users can access the SL without a problem.  There are a couple new GP users that are able to navigate to the Smartlist folder and see the bookmarks/favorites, but no results are produced.

I set myself up as a POWERUSER to test and came up with the same thing - no results.  As expected, sa has no problem running the SL.  

Any idea as to what could be causing this problem?  I'm probably missing something simple, but I'm pretty rusty.  Thanks in advance!
