Yes I checked the user preferences and it is set to the tab key.
I am starting to think that this may not be a GP related issue but rather a problem with Windows 7 and the Xerox PrintScout. The issue seems to occur most often right after the user prints to a Xerox printer and I have found other people with similar issues with some of the newer Xerox print drivers.
