to elaborate - this is the case in "Tree" view. If I select an account the actual will show. However, if the dimension code is used across multiple accounts - I'm losing the summary view of all activity with this dimension code.

Pull up the SOP transaction in the Sales Transaction Entry window, Click on the blue arrow next to the Customer ID field In the Sales Customer Detail Entry window, click on the Ship To Address radio button, then click on the blue arrow next to Ship To Address ID . In the Customer Address Maintenance Window, you can type the correct address in the address fields, then click save. After you click save, a pop-up message appears asking you if you want the changes to filter down to the transaction, Click Yes. Hope this helps Mahalo Dennis Mataia

If I understand you question correctly, it seems that you have at least two possibilities. First, when the amount changes mid-year use the "Master" screen "Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Setup >> Human Resources >> Benefits and Deductions >> Health Insurance" and roll down the changes. Second, you could setup the deduction as a Miscellaneous Benefit and have the Employer side be 100% of the deduction and the employee side be a fixed amount. Again when it changes mid-year go to the "Master" screen "Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Setup >> Human Resources >> Benefits and Deductions >> Miscellaneous Benefits" and roll down the changes. I would suspect that the first would be more desirable, and there is probably other ways of doing this that I did not think of while typing this reply. Hope this helps,

First let me ask a few questions, did you setup a scheduled job to populate the warehouse and build the cubes? Did any SQL Agent Jobs get created that execute SSIS packages? These are created when you setup the schedule during install. If you do have SQL Agent Jobs that where created during the install, what do you see when you select "view History" on those jobs? Hope these questions gets you headed in the right direction.

Forum Post: Price List utilities
I would like to use the price list utilities option to update retail prices on the system. I am going through the wizard option, increase by a percentage of the selling price. Indicate the amount the restrictions, see the item numbers being selected, but none being updated. This is the first time I am using this and not sure what to look for, there are no error messages. When you click finish it shows '0' items updated. Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi Troy, Sorry, I cannot recall how I got past this error. I had several issues when migrating from FRx to Management Reporter at this client. I had to raise other issues with Microsoft to rectify. Can you advise me more details, and I will see if I can recall. Otherwise it may be quicker to raise a case.

Hello all! We have seen and worked through a handful of .NET errors received when working with the new Workflow 2.0 feature. Some of these errors can occur during an upgrade to GP 2015 from a previous version, since part of the upgrade process is to put various DLL’s into SQL as CLR assemblies, and some are received during troubleshooting this. The others are received upon the submission of a workflow. A .NET Framework error occurred during execution of user-defined routine or aggregate "GetAssignedUsers": System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be Null The most common culprit for the “Value cannot be null” error is that the Manager field is blank on the workflow setup. The Manager is set per Workflow type. If the manager field is populated, but the NULL error is still occurring, check a SQL trace and/or the Workflow logs to determine exactly what value is being passed as null. CREATE ASSEMBLY for assembly 'System.IdentityModel' failed because assembly 'System.IdentityModel' failed verification This error occurs usually during an upgrade, or during the running of the wfDeployCLRAssemblies stored procedure. Anytime you move your databases, you have to run this statement in order to refresh the assemblies. This statement SHOULD return the following results: (1 row(s) affected) Configuration option 'clr enabled' changed from 1 to 1. Run the RECONFIGURE statement to install. Warning: The Microsoft .NET Framework assembly 'system.directoryservices, version=4.0.0.0, culture=neutral, publickeytoken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a, processorarchitecture=msil.' you are registering is not fully tested in the SQL Server hosted environment and is not supported. In the future, if you upgrade or service this assembly or the .NET Framework, your CLR integration routine may stop working. Please refer SQL Server Books Online for more details. (This warning statement repeats for each other assembly and dependancy) If you get any red text, then you’ll have to manually drop all the objects related to the wfDeployCLRAssemblies proc. Assembly in host store has a different signature than assembly in GAC. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131050) See Microsoft Knowledge Base article 949080 for more information. An update to .NET on the SQL server can cause this issue. Try uninstalling KB2901982 if it is installed, then reboot the server. Msg 6517, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 Failed to create AppDomain "master.dbo[ddl].2". Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. Not enough storage is available to process this command. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070008) This issue is also usually resolved with a reboot of the SQL Server. Autogrowth or SQL storage settings can cause this also. DROP ASSEMBLY failed because the specified assemblies are referenced by assembly 'System.Runtime.Remoting'. We’ve see this error come up if the customer has previously or currently uses Nodus, which shares a few .NET assemblies with GP. The core shared assemblies are .NET DLL’s pulled from the local GAC of the SQL server. You can usually just drop the assembly and dependent assemblies, and allow GP to re-add the .NET assemblies on behalf of Nodus.

I'm having the same issue. When attempting to retire an asset, I get the error message 'Return Code 2 on script FA_Retire_Asset. After selecting Retire, I ran a select statements on: FA00100 - asset has been flagged as retired (ASSETSTATUS=4). FA00700 - does NOT have a corresponding record FA41700 - does have a corresponding record. Tried to insert a dummy record into the FA00700, as suggested, but this did not fix my issue. Any other ideas out there?

Hi Heather As I stated earlier, my quantity is available. Qty Available = qty on hand - qty allocated in my case. So yes I do have some allocated quantities, but I have more then enough available to fulfill the transaction. i can confirm that using sql queries, and item stock reports and many other areas in GP. That is why I am perplexed because i have enough to fulfill, but when I try to fulfill it is as if the system doesn't realize my lot allocations or product availability.
